All Pug puppies purchased come with a health guarantee. Within 10 days of purchasing your new Pug puppy, you must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines, within 10 days of purchase, that your dog is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you can contact us.

Our Pug puppies are 100% guaranteed to be in good health and free of any signs of infection and any contagious or communicable diseases at the time of adoption. We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home a Pug puppy from us. As a family of breeders, experienced Pug puppy counselors, and die-hard Pug puppy lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our Pug puppies. However, certain things are never in our control. A Pug puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment, and overall care. While we may not be able to guarantee that your Pug puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee to do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

We do not believe your Pug puppy is replaceable but do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of your Pug puppy within one year from its date of birth due to genetics, or if the Pug puppy is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affect the health of your Pug puppy, we will replace the Pug puppy with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy Pug puppy to your home. We do seek out your help to ensure your Pug puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help: Send us a copy of the examination(medical record) within 4 business days of receiving your Pug puppy. The examination must be performed by a licensed vet. Your Pug puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your Pug puppy. While we de-worm & vaccinate your Pug puppy till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming & conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by your vet).

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE:

We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings or the breeding ability of your new Pug puppy. No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia, are over-weight. Failure to provide your Pug puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We require all our Pug puppies to undergo an extensive health check before they come home to you. This health check is performed by our vet, who is required to fill out our Veterinary Health Report. This report, created for us by a licensed veterinarian, is designed to examine the condition of every Pug puppy for Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital, and Gastrointestinal.

We require this report to be filled in close to the date of your Pug puppy coming home to you so as to safeguard that your Pug puppy’s health evaluation is a recent one. This report is then reviewed internally for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. We also require that you have your Pug puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within four days of receiving the Pug puppy
